"Between my wife and I we've had multiple policies through Rich for over 25 years. Even after moving 3 hours away we continued to work with Rich. That's why we were very disappointed when we received a call from Rich's office on July 8th notifying us that our home owners policy was terminated effective July 1st. That's right, they notified us of our policy being terminated a full week after they'd already ended it. We asked to speak with Rich but he was unavailable and has not responded to multiple subsequent attempts to reach him. I understand having difficult conversations is not easy. "I used to love State Farm, been with them for years but with our renewal I’ve come to hate it but mainly our agent’s office. We have been calling because our policy was quoted wrong and needed underwriting but after a month of waiting and calling no answer and estimated date. The guy we are dealing with is doing absolutely nothing to fix the situation, when we call and leave him messages, he doesn’t call back. We’ve called the 1800 number but they can’t help us with anything to do with underwriting but they said it should be an easy fix. I wish I could give them a zero star."
