"I used to love State Farm, been with them for years but with our renewal I’ve come to hate it but mainly our agent’s office. We have been calling because our policy was quoted wrong and needed underwriting but after a month of waiting and calling no answer and estimated date. The guy we are dealing with is doing absolutely nothing to fix the situation, when we call and leave him messages, he doesn’t call back. We’ve called the 1800 number but they can’t help us with anything to do with underwriting but they said it should be an easy fix. I wish I could give them a zero star."
